Coordinator of Sports Medicine

Originally from Lima, Ohio, Cory completed his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training at Miami University of Ohio in 2009. From there he went on to complete a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition at Southeast Missouri State University in 2011. Over the next 8 years while living in the Chicago suburbs, he spent time in various fields of athletic training including high school athletics, education, physician extending and clinical staff management.

Upon moving to Kentucky, Cory helped Dr. Owen McGonigle begin his sports medicine practice here at BGO before eventually transitioning into his current role of Coordinator of Sports Medicine, overseeing our Athletic Training and Outreach operations.

In his free time, Cory enjoys cycling, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
