Bluegrass Orthopaedics' London is an orthopedic clinic open on Wednesdays. Hip and knee specialist Dr. Eric Schafer, as well as physician assistant Michelle Ladanyi, PA-C, serve athletes of all ages at this location. BGO is also the official sports medicine provider for local area high schools with athletic trainers caring for the high school student-athletes at Corbin High School.
I would highly recommend Dr. Christensen for any hip joint related problems.

I am totally pleased with the care & treatment provided by Dr. Christensen and his team during the 15+ years I have been a patient. I had TKR's on both knees in past year & while the recovery was a challenging & painful process, I am 100% pleased with the results. He was always willing to listen to my concerns and questions. His PA's Matt & Evan are the best! And, Dr Christensen referred me to awesome Physical Therapists: Chris for in-home PT & Bethany for outpatient PT at Blue Grass Orthopedics.

Another physician in her practice insisted I did not have a torn rotator cuff, because it was not visible on the MRI. He grew frustrated with my continued pain and immobility and referred me to her. She felt that I did have a tear and actually found two during the surgery. She listens carefully, retains your information and keeps careful notes. I have complete confidence in her abilities.
