Bluegrass Orthopaedics' London is an orthopedic clinic open on Wednesdays. Hip and knee specialist Dr. Eric Schafer, as well as physician assistant Michelle Ladanyi, PA-C, serve athletes of all ages at this location. BGO is also the official sports medicine provider for local area high schools with athletic trainers caring for the high school student-athletes at Corbin High School.
Everyone was very helpful to me and my daughter. She had ACL knee surgery and all went great. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Vasicek in 2006. Another physician in her practice insisted I did not have a torn rotator cuff, because it was not visible on the MRI. He grew frustrated with my continued pain and immobility and...I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Vasicek in 2006. Another physician in her practice insisted I did not have a torn rotator cuff, because it was not visible on the MRI. He grew frustrated with my continued pain and immobility and referred me to her. She felt that I did have a tear and actually found two during the surgery. She listens carefully, retains your information and keeps careful notes. I have complete confidence in her abilities.

He was very informative & helpful! He answered all of our questions (and we had a lot). Very descriptive when he explained my procedure & what is wrong with my shoulder! Dr V was patient and spent time with me discussing my issue. She gave me options and we agreed on the procedure with quick results. And then we discussed long term results and treatment. I highly recommend Dr V.

I needed a hip revision and couldn’t find a doctor to attempt to do surgery on me, because of the complications I...One of the finest doctors, if not “the” finest doctor I have ever had. I had prior hip replacements, years ago. I needed a hip revision and couldn’t find a doctor to attempt to do surgery on me, because of the complications I previously had and some I was still having. I was referred to Dr. Christensen, he went above and beyond to help me. He has a great bedside manner and is such a wonderful, caring physician. I would refer him to anyone and I will always remember how nice he has been to me. Thank you so much Dr. Christensen, May God bless you!

Dr. Favetto is very knowledgeable about his area of expertise. He explained things very carefully and in a kind manner. I would recommend his services to anyone who is having trouble with any hand issue.

Wonderful! He really takes the time to offer his patients the best care. Would not consider anyone else for hip or knee. His skills are amazing, plus he really demonstrates that he wants his patients to get better!
