Bluegrass Orthopaedics' London is an orthopedic clinic open on Wednesdays. Hip and knee specialist Dr. Eric Schafer, as well as physician assistant Michelle Ladanyi, PA-C, serve athletes of all ages at this location. BGO is also the official sports medicine provider for local area high schools with athletic trainers caring for the high school student-athletes at Corbin High School.
Wonderful with my 6 year old with a broken elbow. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I have been treated by Dr.D’Angelo for my deteriorating knee. I have cadaver ligaments in my right knee. My knee was good as new for a period of five years. I have nothing but 5 stars to say about D’Angelo and staff.I also have spinal stinosis, bulging disc, collapsed disc, pinched nerves. Dr Lockstadt and staff have taken greatcare of my back. Dr Lockstadt has gone to greatlengths to keep me mobile and working. I do not know what Iwould do without their expertise. I had many people warn me not to see them. I do not need a best friend. Ineed someone to fix my bone deterioration. These guy’s have taken care of me with great concern and insight.They do not want to do surgery first thing. Some of the brightest and innovative doctors in Lexington. Thank you Bluegrass Orthopaedics.

Dr. Donegan is very thorough. He looks at all variables before making a diagnosis. He is very approachable and explains everything involved in diagnosis and treatment. Great Doctor, I have had one total knee replacement by Dr.Balthrop, and getting ready for a second. He is great in explaining your condition, giving you comfort in what you are about to encounter. Dr. Donegan did a complete reverse shoulder replacement on me and one complete reverse replacement for my wife, Suzie. He also repaired her other shoulder. I have completely recovered from my surgery and Suzie has recovered from one of her’s.
She is 2 months post op on her full replacement, and her recovery is progressing quickly. Both of us wholeheartedly recommend Dr Donegon and his staff!!!

He listened to my concerns and scheduled injections for me for my SI joints, scheduled an MRI of my back, and upped my gabepentin which the...I love Dr. Lockstadt! He’s great! He listened to my concerns and scheduled injections for me for my SI joints, scheduled an MRI of my back, and upped my gabepentin which the insurance company had lowered because they didn’t want to pay for 3 times a day. In just 1 day back on 3 doses my back pain is so much milder! Thank you so much Dr. Lockstadt!!!
