Things to Know About Orthopaedic Telemedicine Appointments

At Bluegrass Orthopaedics, we believe orthopaedic care should be accessible, affordable and available when patients need it most.

  • Orthopaedic and physical therapy telemedicine appointments can be scheduled anywhere there is a reliable internet connection or 3G service and above
  • Orthopaedic and physical therapy telemedicine appointments are with the same specialists you would see by visiting one of our locations
  • All patients are eligible to schedule an appointment, but to be safe you may want to check with our staff to ensure telemedicine is appropriate for you
  • Each appointment uses HIPAA-compliant video and calls are never recorded or saved for any reason
  • We accept insurance for telemedicine appointments

Appointments can be made until 15-minutes prior to closing

Wow what a great place, we got there at 6:30am and they did a knee replacement surgery and we were home at 2:30 and the Doctor has call and texted us twice to check on us!! 10 ⭐️

As the doors opened, there stood a nurse to take me to a room. Dr. Donegan came in within a few mins. He was very nice, listened to me and looked me in the eye while I talked also, when he spoke. Dr. Donegan is wonderful along with his staff. Dr. Donegan is a FIVE Star!!
