Some medical experiences can be summed up as a staff that serves people but has a low level of respect for persons. This is NOT the case here. Dr. Christiansen reflects his commitment to good persons to serve people, and the person, by the staff members you encounter along the process to see the doctor or his capable PA Evan Hanson. I could tell he was more than interested in my past issues and really listened to what I had to say. Dr. Harrod provided a couple of...With a very long history of orthopedic issues, I saw Dr. Harrod for a new issue with my right foot. I could tell he was more than interested in my past issues and really listened to what I had to say. Dr. Harrod provided a couple of options that did not include surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Harrod and, if need be, will see him again should I continue to have issues with my foot.

Dr. Donegan did a great job fixing my collarbone. It was broken in six places. He put in a plate and 12 screws. There were no problems during the surgery and my recovery was swift. In both instances, from the receptionist all the way up to the great doc...This is the second (unrelated) injury I’ve had where I’ve had to consult Bluegrass Ortho and Dr. Harrod. The first requires surgery; the second did not. In both instances, from the receptionist all the way up to the great doc himself, everyone was courteous, polite, professional, and sincerely understanding and helpful of/to my injury. As for Dr. Harrod—Fantastic! Most importantly, he’s competent. Second most important, he explains everything to the patient and allows ample time for questions.

Dr. Donegan was an answer to my prayers. Constant pain from a previous shoulder surgery that has not gotten better. Dr. Donegan accessed it and after looking at x-rays and CT scan verified his opinion. Surgery scheduled with hopes of a...Dr. Donegan was an answer to my prayers. Surgery scheduled with hopes of a much less painful 2020. Will die a follow up review post surgery.

This was my first total knee replacement by Dr. Vasicek but certainly not my first visit. Each time that I have visited BGO I have been treated with the utmost respect and concern for my health and welfare. Dr. Vasicek and her...This was my first total knee replacement by Dr. Vasicek but certainly not my first visit. Each time that I have visited BGO I have been treated with the utmost respect and concern for my health and welfare. Dr. Vasicek and her associates perform at the highest of professionalism. As for my knee replacement, the surgery went exceptionally well as is the post surgery rehabilitation.
I would recommend Dr. Vasicek to anyone requiring orthopedic help.
