Matt graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2013. He then attended Brown Mackie College to become an occupational therapy assistant and started his career in 2016 with Bluegrass Orthopaedics. He completed a bridge program at Cabarrus College of Health Sciences to become an occupational therapist in 2021. He enjoys the hand therapy field and is working toward becoming a certified hand therapist.
