Tyler Collishaw:  Comeback Champion

Bluegrass Orthopaedics is proud to highlight a true Champion – Tyler Collishaw.  Tyler is an elite level athlete, with collegiate experience, but unfortunately tore his ACL during a Major League Soccer (MLS) combine late last year.  After surgery, and through much hard work, Tyler will be signing with an MLS team this Fall!  Best of luck Tyler!

Tyler has this to say about his injury and recovery:  “When I got injured during an MLS combine in December (’17) I wasn’t sure what this injury even was.  I’d seen it happen to people but didn’t know what the recovery entailed.  I always thought it was never going to happen to me.  My recovery went really well.  As long as you have good doctors like at Bluegrass Orthopedics, a good Athletic Training team and have an inner determination to come back stronger, you can do so 100%.”

Dr. Wallace Huff has been in practice for 18 years and with Bluegrass Orthopaedics for 8 years.  Dr. Huff is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with added qualifications in Sports Medicine.
